1. Information We Collect
- Account & contact details: name, email, phone number.
- Application data: the information you provide to complete a service (e.g. Ghana Card number, date of birth, address, business details). This is required to prepare and submit your application.
- Transaction data: order references and payment status (card and mobile-money details are handled directly by our payment partner, not stored by us).
2. How We Use Your Information

- To provide support and improve our services.
3. Sharing
We share information only as needed to deliver your service — for example with the relevant government authority (ORC, GRA), network operators for top-ups, and our payment processor (Paystack). We do not sell your personal data.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. Access is limited to authorized staff who need it to provide services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.
5. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide services and meet legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymized.
6. Your Rights
