Welcome to Stone Business Consult. By accessing our website or using our services — including airtime and data purchases, business registration, and other government-related services — you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services

Stone Business Consult acts as a facilitator that helps you purchase airtime/data and prepare and submit applications to the relevant Ghanaian authorities (such as the Office of the Registrar of Companies and the Ghana Revenue Authority). We are an independent service provider and are not a government agency. Approval of any government application is at the sole discretion of the relevant authority.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You agree to provide true, current and complete information and to keep it up to date.

3. Payments & Fees

Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Paystack. Our fees, where applicable, are shown before you pay. Airtime and data top-ups are delivered to the number you provide — please confirm the recipient number is correct, as top-ups cannot be reversed once delivered.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, lawful information for every application.
• Do not use the platform for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive purposes.
• Ensure you have the right to submit any documents or details you upload.

5. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing times for government services are estimates and depend on the relevant authority.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stone Business Consult is not liable for delays, rejections, or losses arising from the decisions of government authorities, network operators, or incorrect information provided by you.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana.
