Refund Policy

This policy explains when refunds are available for purchases made on Stone Business Consult.
1. Airtime & Data
Airtime and data top-ups are delivered instantly and cannot be reversed once successfully delivered to the recipient number. Please double-check the recipient number before paying. If a payment is charged but the top-up is not delivered, we will re-attempt delivery or refund the amount in full.
2. Service & Application Fees
- If we have not yet started processing your application, you may request a refund of our service fee.
- Once an application has been prepared and/or submitted to the relevant authority, our service fee is non-refundable, as the work has been performed.
- Government/statutory fees paid to authorities are governed by those authorities and are generally non-refundable once submitted.
3. Duplicate or Failed Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged for a transaction that failed, we will refund the duplicate/failed amount in full after verification with our payment partner.
4. How to Request a Refund
Email support@stoneconsult.org or call +233 24 871 7388 with your order reference. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or mobile-money provider.
